Plan
Preconstruction, pricing, permits and procurement.
What Bauer-Build does
We coordinate design, run constructability and value-engineering reviews, competitively bid trades, build the schedule, and manage permitting and long-lead procurement.
What you can expect
Expect a scoped budget, a milestone schedule, and a clear list of what we need from you and when.
- Stage 04
Build
Supervised, sequenced, reported construction.
What Bauer-Build does
We supervise the site daily, coordinate trades, track cost and schedule against the baseline, manage changes in writing, and keep safety and inspections on rails.
What you can expect
Expect regular progress reporting, one accountable point of contact, and no surprise numbers at the end of the month.
- Stage 05
Deliver
Punch, inspections, closeout and turnover.
What Bauer-Build does
We drive the punch list, final inspections and certificate of occupancy, then hand over O&M manuals, warranties, as-builts and training.
What you can expect
Expect a firm turnover date you can plan hiring, marketing and opening around.
- Stage 06
Support
Warranty and follow-through after opening.
What Bauer-Build does
We stay reachable after the building is occupied, coordinate warranty items with the responsible trades, and help plan the next phase.

Expect the same people to answer the phone after the job closes.
